Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis


Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis, DDS is a graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School. While at the University of Maryland, she was a member of Psi Omega Gamma Phi Delta (a merit-based organization), and was 1 of 2 students chosen out of 115 students for the Fixed Restorative Clerkship in her senior year. Upon graduation, Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis, DDS was chosen for a general practice residence at Providence Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Residents are chosen from the top 10% of all graduating classes. In 1983, Dr. Politmi Mantzouranis, DDS set up practice in Frederick, Maryland.  

In addition to working in private practice, Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis, DDS also taught in the Fixed Restorative Department at the University of Maryland Dental School. She is also a past member of the ADA, MSDA, and in 1986 served as treasurer of the Frederick County Dental Society. She was also one of the first female members of the Frederick Jaycees and is also a former girl scout co-leader. Currently, Dr. Politmi Mantzouranis, DDS is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and in 2002, the AACD chose her to serve as a scout for the ADA New York Dental Meeting. As one of 35 scouts out of 2000 members, her role was to evaluate the material, content, and presentations to decide if the speaker would add value to the AACD meeting.

Dr. Politmi Mantzouranis, DDS was also honored by an invitation to the prestigious American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Annual Meeting, which she continues to attend. Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis, DDS is strongly committed to attending continuing education courses to stay current with advancing technology in the dental field. She is presently embracing CAD/CAM dental technology. This technology allows the dentist to design and create in-office crowns in just one visit. She is one of 300 dentists in the county that mentors other dentist to use the CAD CAM technology.

In her spare time, Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis, DDS is active in the community and was a member of the Carroll Creek Rotary for over 20 years. She is a member of the St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church and has a large extended Greek family. She is also a member of the Women's Giving Circle. Her husband, Kevin, has a Masters in Accounting, works for DOE, and is a top ten triathlete in his age group. She has one daughter, who graduated from Washington and Lee University and a step son who attends college. Dr. Politimi Mantzouranis, DDS adheres to her motto “All life matters.” and is an avid supporter of the Humane Society and Mercy for Animals. She maintains a 100% vegetarian lifestyle and enjoys spoiling her birds, dogs, and cats. Her hobbies include dancing, music, art, reading, humanity, health and fitness and the Caribbean!


Sara Modine, QDA, Office Coordinator

 Sara is a graduate of Walkersville High School and pursued dental assisting at Hagerstown Business College and later attended Horizon Education Systems to become a dental radiation technologist.
She also attended Hagerstown Community College to become a qualified dental assistant in expanded functions. In addition, Sara has attended several AACD conventions and acts as of our Practice Coordinators. Sara and her Husband, Chris, live in Middletown, MD with their two dogs, Bo and Mia. In her free time, Sara enjoys playing recreational kickball, pool, and taking a ride on their Harley. 

Kelly Rhodes, RDH

 Kelly graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a BS in Dental Hygiene. She is currently licensed in local anesthesia administration as well. Kelly is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and the Maryland Dental Hygienists' Association. Kelly is a Frederick native and currently lives in Brunswick with her husband Cory and their three sons Jack, Parker, & Maddox. Kelly enjoys sports and traveling in her free time 

Emily Randolph, QDA

 Emily graduated from Paint Branch high school in Silver Spring, MD but has spent the majority of her life in Frederick. As a former Esthetician and Nail tech she made the transition to dentistry in 2013. Emily can be found chair side with Dr. Mantzouranis, assisting the hygienist, as well as helping the business department. She holds a Expanded Functions Dental Assisting & Dental Radiology technician license in the state of Maryland.
Emily lives in Frederick with her husband Ben, daughter Makayla, and their two dogs Raven & Jack. In her spare time she plays recreational kickball, kayaking, and loves spending time with her friends and family.  

Cori Graves, RDH

 Cori was raised in Adamstown and was a member of the first graduating class of Tuscarora H.S. She received her Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University in 2010 and returned to school to obtain her Associated degree in Dental Hygiene at CCBC in 2014. She is the eldest of six siblings and currently lives in Mt. Airy with her husband Eric and their three children Grayson, Gwen, & Garrett. Cori enjoys crafting, renovating/building furniture, designing, and loves spending time outdoors
